Ok.. its time to clean all this mess up TLSS... we know we are much less than 500 mill OS (less than 250 mill os)... Lets drop the 10Q and get this thing moving upward.. clean it all up!

Hopefully, that was the end of the Diltuion per that 13G and who ever did (murder the Butler) and to whom doesnt own anymore shares as of sometime yesterday... has exercised the last of the Convertibles ... at least for this time frame. We went from 18 mill (fri) to 15 mill (mon) to 12 mill yesterday (if The TA stayed off the Bud - new Abacus) so this has to be coming to an end. Dilution that is.

Lets go TLSS... i guess I won't need any coffee this am.. my head hurts.
