I think that the BRAIN TRUST of KNWN are giving themselves an excellent way to keep the company 'clean' and give themselves an escape hatch for the future. By that I mean they are seeing that this is getting REAL. The Tech is working the way they want it to. Now they will be able to 'sell' or 'lease' out the initial product and then have the future flexibility to keep on developing their secondary ideas without being fenced in or being held hostage to outside forces. Keep the 'license' separate from the manufacturing. I'm not sure that I am saying this the way I am thinking it, but it is my futile attempt to say what I think.
