SEC is looking at the PRs and trading patterns.They called to verify the PRs and didn't get the answers they wanted cause the tests and approvals are not finalized yet.

They have no interest in the methodology behind the kits and they don't care if in the future the test passes the FDA process.
What stinks here is that people are gonna be stinking rich here when this is approved.
