Talking out loud, from all my experiences in the OTC and with Dilution, and trust me there has been many. And for those of us that have actually made money down here in Sub Penny Land, if you havent experienced, a crushing defeat due to dilution, well then most likely you haven't really been in too many sub (sub) pennies. Many know right away what I am talking about.
Furthermore, Dilution, that I define as "Crushing", meaning 500 mill to multi-billion OS increases and/or usually AS increases as well, and your money in your balance just vaporizes. That usually takes very few days to happen and there isn't this gradual dilution of 10-15 million shares a day with stock prices staying in the .01 to 0.10 (penny to dime range) that occurs over a whole week or two (or three). By this time, if you have been here for 1-2 weeks, in a pure dilution decimation, again, your ACCOUNT BALANCE would be ZERO. And with this PLAY, that is the Furthest from the case. So, on that precedent alone, I feel this stock will survive and progress. But in this case, TLSS is not going to survive. If you have truly done your "DD" on this stock, you should see, by now, that this stock is a definite WINNER.
Not only do we have one of the most powerful Companies in the world, as it's number one source of income and partnership/ally. This Company is actually thriving in one of the most economic turmoil downturns in the last 50 yrs, maybe since the depression, AGAIN, another reason, this Company is a WINNER.
Well, do your DD and place your "bets" (investments) as I like to call them in pinky/otc land but do it soon.. because it appears that the dilution faucet is just about turned off and the next big movements will be UPWARD and all those past DECIMATED PLAYS, will be just that, in the PAST.
Nothing I hate more than a lying CEO and major dilution, neither of which I believe we have here.
