No one knows if VRUS will be SEC Corona suspended or not.

What I can for 100% certainty tell you is I know of at least 2 entities that have reported VRUS to the SEC for that Corona PR. They did it for various reasons, but not to harm the stock. This goes way deeper than that.

So the SEC is aware and no that is not a scare tactic. Just reporting what I know.

Will the SEC take action? Based on what I have seen with other Corona stocks yes. But who the heck knows.

But we shall see.
