That Ferguson guy must be a hell of a con artist, first he puts together a Board of Directors that’s second to none, then adds John Nelson, Ken Ward and numerous other acclaimed individuals. Somehow dupes Wilson Sonsini, Deloitte and Touché, Thermal Fisher who builds the number one lab and then they get Atrin. Puts over 10 million in the company, has all his stock in book entry and hasn’t had a brokerage account in over 15 years. Must have conned himself out of 10 million.
