I think I will start grey shopping. But only non CE, preferably with ta verified. Preferably modest s/s.

That's a great plan. T/A Verified is huge.

What surprises me are Transfer Agents still verifying stocks that look abandoned. Wonder if they have a contract with OTCM or if perhaps that is a good sign of life at the company?

Awesome trade on GYCE. That's another approach as well — attempt to snag cheap shares right after they come back to life.

Just make sure to get a great entry based upon the SS.

Like NCDP. With an o/s of 1.8B you really would be getting greedy hoping to get over .005 on day one.

I did not try to trade it but certainly watched it some.

Fun times in the OTC to me.
