I don't know how you can be certain Delta, or anyone else who's using an electrostatic sprayer isn't using our product. Certainly they may not be purchasing it from PCTL, but many of the distributors of PCTL's fluid buy in bulk and bottle in their own name, if you could find what they're using, it might turn out to be something PCTL shipped out in bulk.
