In 2017 OWCP stated that they were applying with the FDA for Multiple Myeloma Orphan Drug Status - of course that still hasn't happened.

OWCP hasn't applied for FDA approved clinical trials for the multiple myeloma drug.

If these patents were so valuable why did Bignitz and Hirsch walk away?
