I dont understand..why regurgitate same thing over and over again. We are all adults here and can make our own decisions. Ok, HT brought the fact that sami was involved in a litigation and he lost the case. So now we know that. Everyone has an opinion and should act accordingly. If HT believes that this case has any bearing on Mvnt and feels that possible fraud exists, then he and other investors who believe same thing should sell their stake and move on. This has been discussed ad naseum! Come on people, lets talk about something more interesting.
