Those numbers were brought over from the NASDAQ when they de-listed there on Friday and listed here on Monday... they are accurate most likely...

In the 424-B5 filing as of April 17 it states:

The number of shares of our common stock outstanding has been adjusted for the 1 for 20 reverse split that was effected on January 30, 2019 and the 1 for 5
reverse split that was effected on August 22, 2019 and is based on 188,574,784 shares of our common stock outstanding as of April 17, 2020 and excludes the

There are no filings to indicate they have increased the AS from the current number listed...
