What has happened........AMEP is in the process of dissolving the BDC,
you should be recieving a Proxy to vote on it in a weeks time. Just
yesterday a new well permit was submitted for approval. Everyone is waiting
on PR's about the Hart 2, Hart 8, Padgett 2, Padgett 11, Vivian Murphy
1,Nash Murphy 1, Murphy Nash 1, updates on JC's Otis pump contracts in Texas and Oklahoma,
aquiring leases from operators who are in jeopardy of
losing those leases because they cant obtain a rig to drill, the Challenger rigs debut'. I may have
left something out, but you get the general idea. Its important to vote
on the proxy items, come January, AMEP will become a fully reporting
operating company.
AMEP has wonderful news to share in 2007.
