Those 65,000 documents have already been produced, but not by the Treasury as mentioned in your post, but by the defendant FHFA. The Treasury is not a party in this case.
Then, you made up this phrase:

The discovery process that was a reason for the CURRENT delay requested last week, is the subpoena to the Treasury to produce documents, which had a first deadline on August 2nd, 2019. It's what I mentioned that the Treasury produced 2,795 documents on April 3rd, 2020, and we don't know the total number.
The one to blame for the delay is Judge Lamberth.
