LINK Oracle has a post explaining the tiered system. While getting a piece of that $80 million dollar pie is definitely a step in the right direction, we shouldn't overemphasize and overhype its impact.

Its tiered. Someone posted the ratios and it works out to be about 6 mil in revenue plus whatever is gained after 80 mil. Every $10 mil in sales after the $80 mil is $100k. Still, pps is warranted at about .21 based on $6 mil market market cap. Nice grab to all. Congrats

Company is alive and well and has connections enough to get these sorts of deals underway. The potential is definitely there to go well beyond the $0.21 projections based just on that market cap calculation. Newcomers need to understand the actual setup of the deal though.
