The Annihilyzer® uses RFID/NFC technology to provide cleaning staff through mobile data devices with specific protocols for cleaning each room or area and to capture product expiration and usage information. When a container is filled, an expiration date is assigned to the container and imprinted on the RFID tag embedded in the bottle’s label. The system keeps track of who filled the container and when, where the product was used and when, and if cleaning and disinfecting protocols were followed. This data is stored in a cloud-based system where management can easily retrieve it in a variety of reporting formats.''

Makes me want go read the patent to get lil more specific; but I'm sure the hospitals are already finding ways to incorporate it in various means-to-end.
