It sounds like they will stay seperate JMCP and ONYI, JMCP will become a seperate and maybe even a different company altogether who knows maybe this Gold company they are looking at would become the new JMCP-----whatever company :).... because ONYI will be the Ethanol company for sure going to NASDQ eventually.
