Well I probably have them all: loose connections, moisture and 5 million miles of line. Since in all honesty I'm not adept at the mechanical side, it could be any number of things. I had my computer built by an individual after a crash, but I could not tell you what kind of modem it currently has. But if the Hayes will make a difference, it would be worth the extra cash. Atmospheric conditions probably had Tuesday though. Lots of wind, lightning and finally rain.
