FDA enacts stricter rules for antibody tests after congressional investigation

The agency says it is aware that some firms are promoting faulty tests.

This is actually good news potentially for DECN as the first test kit it submitted to FDA for EUA and which should be in US lab testing for verification now is not an "antibody" test. So the more antibody tests are removed from the market or held in doubt, the greater the potential for GenViro! Swift kit to be in demand should it get EUA.

The second test strip kit DECN designed was for anti-body testing as a home testing kit, but once again, that will use a different technology from the other tests and so we will have to see how accurate it proves to be.
