Anyone prefer NewConsult to get shares or us?

Remember that AURC has a financing deal with a private investment firm to provide up to $50M in cash for operations. Now if the company needed to use cash resources to pay for a divi & this caused a need for more capital in the near term, I'm certain NewConsult would be receiving more shares for any additional cash.

The company prefers to let the shareholders finance future growth and reward them instead. Intelligent move IMO
