It seems to be like that on a lot of Bio stocks right now. Using covid as a prop to make gains them the company dumps stock on the market to raise capital. Not cool. $GOVX needs something legit to happen, at the rate they're burning money it's either financing of dilution and so far, financing hasn't happened...Definitely paying attention to not get stuck in this.
