SEC ON THE DISINFECTANT TRAIL.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of NMGX because of
questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace since at
least February 24, 2020. Those questions relate to publicly available information
concerning NMGX including: (a) information in the marketplace claiming that the
Company has a patent for a disinfectant that kills “coronavirus”; and (b) a statement
made by NMGX on April 7, 2020 regarding the Company’s involvement in the fight
against COVID-19.

Those questions relate to statements BVTK made in press releases and social media posts, including its statements regarding third party tests of its partner’s disinfectant against COVID-19, its work to register the disinfectant with the EPA, and a $150 million order for the product that it purportedly received."
