Does anyone follow the SEC extension of filing obligations for the filing deadline for companies, due to Covid, under section 36 on 3-4-2020 release 34-88318?

It’s a 5 page doc signed by VCountryman of SEC

Seems a company could extend the filing dates due to Covid, 45 days from original required date.
