Great analysis of the TLSS PPS value:

The company reported earning of 2.62$ per share end quarter Dec 31 2019 (Documented) on 11.7 Mill os... now 117 mill OS (reported friday)

new earnings pps is 0.262$ EPS (res were based on 31 mill) now based on 62 mill (which may even be higher and hope to hear/see that next week in reported 10q) but at 62 M its doubled so back to $.524 EPS..

I did this entire valuation yesterday in a post. talks about if OS diluted to 234 Mill OS (doubled on dilution... which I feel absolute worse case)

at .262 eps... PE of 10 = 2.62 PE of 20 = 5.24$ PPS

at .524 eps... PE of 10 = 5.24$ PE of 20 = 10.48$ PPS

Worse case if OS to 234 mill OD (my opinion worse case) its halved again..
back to 2.62 (PE10) and 5.24$ (PE20)...

It was fully documented financials DEC 31 2020: earnings 31.0 Mill and 11.7 mill shares.

So, lots of room to run here. Might not go to 3$ right away but if dilution stops/ slows down it will get there soon.
