Clearly the increase in authorized is directly related to making room for the CEO to convert his toxic Series J preferred into hundreds of millions of shares.

No ordinary shareholder knows just how many but we do know the conversion price can be adjusted down dramatically from the initial $0.1521

Unfortunately, shareholders are too terrified to discuss this subject. It may enlighten those unaware and cause a sell off

Better to put heads in the sand and ignore
