They do all the time if no one wants to buy their shares the converted debt for equity. Remember, there has to be a buyer for the stock they are trying to sell at whatever price. No interest, no buying! They then start pumping the stock to sell the shares especially on a thinly traded stock. Everyone who has ever traded these stocks knows that! JMHO
