CATL's lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, in the new CTP (cell to pack) design, is rated at 160 Wh/kg at the pack level. That's not bad as for LFP, as there is no necessity to use modules. Because of LFP's advantages of long cycle life, safety and relative affordability, those might be perfect batteries for electric buses and trucks.
