Nobody in this board questioned the use of "perfected" in the PR until the SEC raised it. Its a non issue and only a fool or ignorant would not be able to decode what it means in the context of usage.

Have you personally verified their manufacturing facilities is able increase capacity by 10x? If not its not factual.

"to manufacture up to a billion doses per year "

They have to make exactly one billion otherwise its a fake PR. Upto means exactly one billion right just like upto 525 million means that. Is this factual or a forecast?
