Where does it say he is still a shareholder? He said he was a shareholder when the info first came about.
What do you think about the selection of people that received the email?
Maybe Sabra plans to cop a plea? Rufus did speak of a rat in the company that had turned over a document to the SEC...sure is leaning toward her as one of the 2 people Rufus suspected.
Where does this stuff come from???? This must be the most convoluted story out there!
BTW, what if John Smith is an insider? How would you feel about his way of putting the word out? Perhaps a shareholder committee member with a guilty conscience? At least a dozen scenarios.
