I see the objections already! Although the 3rd amended and restated Order clearly list liquidation under the main heading of “Restructuring” it’s unclear why there are objections to this being a complex restructuring. After all the subsidiaries sold their assets for 4.3m USD in this liquidation scenario. SCENARIO!! Lmao like it was scripted...
