I agree about the overhype on CV. Not that it isn't serious, not that people aren't dying from it, but it's not as risky as it's made out to be; there are far more people with it than realized, bringing the risk rate for serious complications/death much lower than advertised. Basic precautions such as distance, not touching your face until you've washed hands if you touched anything not under your control, and testing/tracing those who do get sick to prevent as much spread as possible. Sorry to hear your dad's care suffered.
