...........I see your theory and AGREE...............these scumbags, all of 'em better close out that F/-ing uwbi BK.............could divert the legal pressures and buy time.........................if I were Guy, or SCHWAB or BROADRIDGE or frankie or the FDIC.....................I would lawyer up, but shutting down the BK ends the bank seizure problem and the ongoing ITR (which is still attached to the SCOTUS - even on a remand, there has to be a "performance" of some kind).................................
