Here is my reasoning to buy Sfio now. Let's go from the premise that they did buy a company that had 10 million dollars in revenue. Why would you sell that company for "cash and stock"? The answer that I come up is simple, you get "millions" of shares for practically nothing, if your company still makes money and this new company shares makes it into penny land that is some serious cash in your pocket that you did not work for. I see a high probability of a "pump and dump" strategy in the future and I want to capitalize on it when it happens.
