Nobody read IBCX's Press Release;

I guess they read it and it had the effect that it was supposed to have. IMO it could not be fluffier;

I am going to sit down on Monday and consider giving everybody invested in ICAN/ IBCX cash or stock.

-I did not say I was spinning off anything.
-I did not say that I was giving out a stock dividend.
-I did not say that I was giving out cash.

I said that I was going to sit down on Monday and consider and review the possibilities of doing this sometime in the future with another unknown publicly-traded company (there are many under the Turner Hughes umbrella).

You got a Press Release that said nothing designed to keep everybody holding IBCX stock longer. Just like a dividend Press Release that will lower Bid Monday by 20% automatically and add 25% instant dilution. Just like a Press Release that said simply that the principals of Rosswood agreed to sell. All that stuff about developing the land before there is even an agreement to buy (assumed by everyone) was a bit premature.

Kinda like putting out a Press Release saying that you may consider sometime paying a cash and/or share dividend on a spinoff that you will sit down and may or may not do.

Hope enough people buy in tomorrow so that the people who bought at .018-.02 to get a still undefined dividend can sell for a profit. That's what this is all about. There is no reason for all of these OTCBB and Pink Sheet companies trying so hard to get you to buy and hold unless it benefitted them. period.
