MF, SA and others have (almost) always been against INO.

They are playing the odds.

INO is the front-runner to a DNA vaccine and mRNA has NOT proven itself in ~10 years.

The DNA approach is much more likely.

I believe INO is a steal at ~$10.

You'll be kicking yourself when market cap ~$10B.
