My Dear Shareholders of ACCR,

WOWSA.....less than 1 hour response time for my TA to verify.....We are so close with FINRA and our name change...which means a DAILY LIST soon.

I want all my Shareholders to know that I have worked very hard for you over the last many 20+ years. I have. What I am doing in changing our name is to better reflect the future multiple business' that we plan to own.

FULL DISCLOSURE, right? Well, here you go...

This post should satisfy FD Regulations as well, as my intentions as Director of ACCR has always been to be fair and equitable. ACCR spent 11 years in the death grey market many times "cellar boxed",,,,,,,,DEATH years of the OTC. We did. On October 18, 2019 we came off the DEATH GREY market...and everyone said, "ACCR is a scam, and belongs in the GREY MARKET." People called in to OTC Markets, I was told,,,,,on Monday Oct 21, 2019.......and they hammered OTCM....because OTCM was ready to give us a YIELD SIGN to Pink Limited INFO back then.....because we report to the SEC.

ACCR does not issue stock at the moment. Our float is fixed for now 98,176,146 common voting shares, and I own 62.3281%. WHY? Why do I bother with ACCR? Why not let it just DIE?

ACCR reports to the SEC. I have had many conversations in all EARNEST with the SEC. My last conversation with the SEC was in April, and as far as I know....the SEC is cool with ACCR...because we will protect investors all the TIME. At least, that is what I have told the SEC many times,,,and and FINRA too.....I have had to defend ACCR so many times. Why do I do this? All I do is throw my money into ACCR to keep it alive.

This is our past...NO ONE believes in ACCR.

So, I just wanted to thank all my Dear Shareholders of ACCR who have put up with me, and stayed loyal to me all these years. I had to fire STEPHANE because he failed me as CEO, and did not fund his promise to me. He may come back in the future,,,,but not at PAR VALUE.



This means, we should make the FINRA DAILY LIST.

This name change better reflects the Company going forward to include many operating subsidiaries. ACCR represents the AFRICA. I have said this from day 1....we survived the DEATH GREY market mainly because of our strong symbol. It represents the 1st 4 letters of the Capital City of Ghana, Accra.
