Yes they could call a special shareholder vote. That would be a lot of unnecessary expense and would just give the nervous Nellie's more to worry about. This authorized share increase is just normal house keeping stuff Nothing to get excited about or especially to worry about. All normal and natural nuts and bolts type corporate mechanics.
