There never were any financials; there never was any auditor.

What we have is the admission of an ILLEGAL sale of 100 million shares of UNREGISTERED securities, netting $12 million for SOMEBODY.

Sounds like some felony conduct that cost the public (you loyal stockholders) many millions of dollars in losses.
