The #1 reason not to buy PCTL is that all the publicly disclosed 'official' filings paint an incredibly dismal picture of a company that is way over it's head in toxic debt issuances, has very little cash on hand, and has issued shares to stock promotion sites along with a lot of other questionable items.

All the 'good news' is on stock promotion sites.
