Good DD- New S-3/a is out - It add 46 million shares to trading float - it has only 15 million warrants issued at lower prices (can bring maybe $7.5 million - some 128 million open warrants - current o/s shares - 492 million - stock options - 22 million Add all of them and you get appr 688 million shares. (He has used all authorized shares) Think about the float and warrants issued at 30 cents. There will always be selling pressure. He will have to do a reverse split of 1:10 so share count will come to less than 100 million and he can dilute again
