“Do you understand how the Federal Aviation Administration works.” Yes, I have a multi engine turbine commercial ( but private ) license. I have my own jet, the “Death Star”. The commercial was needed for the turbines, it is very difficult if not impossible to get private pilot multi turbine with getting commercial. Check it out yourself. I also have over 50 hours right seat (C350) My hull insurance also requires commercial license. In fact, I am a mere few short hours from being able to fly my new toy ( on type) by myself without a paid instructor to complete my type rating. My aircraft is certified to be flown single pilot, there are only a dozen or so private jets rated for single pilot ops. Based out of North Louisiana, NW Mississippi, SE Arkansas I am well versed in all things FAA.

There is no testing, there is no equipment, there are no submissions.

I found a correspondence from GDSI or the former company thanking a small airport for their assistance testing the landing system. Except when I went back to that period, I bought the airport history in spreadsheet from Flightaware, I couldn’t find any aircraft that did repeated touch and go(s) for days or every other day, no pattern, nothing, except the small Pipers and Cessnas from the local flight school at the FBO. My tail is blocked on Flightaware by my request so I even checked ADSBexchange.com and still nothing. No medium or large bizjets practicing at the airport that was published. They certainly cannot be developing a new landing system using a single engine piston as their test platform. Way too slow and lacks way too much non existent automation on those little aircraft.

I just had a very fast SAT WiFi system installed that kept me on the ground for weeks. I asked the technicians if they ever heard of GDSI or PALS and no one has a clue about them.

Just more B.S. from those that don’t think that information can be gathered.
