Possible! (IMO), These are the facts as I see them:

March 17th, 2020 - Dr. Doki signed CLSI 8-k as SHEMN CEO.

March 18th, 2020 - Dr. Doki signed CLSI 8-k as SHEMN CEO.

It appears that he wanted that to be seen for whatever reason?

(It is possible that the March 17th, 2020 CLSI 8-k was an error, but the "FACT" that Dr. Doki did not correct it in the March 18th CLSI 8-k (or anytime thereafter), leaves the door open to suggestion, and mirrors the same pathology that the old CLSI had taken from LIZ to Tony then to Dr. Doki who now owns the new CLSI).

And in my opinion the name VitaSpring is purly Hindu Indian, the same a Dr. Doki.

Same missteps? Time will tell.


April 27th, 2020 - SHEMN CORP. change it's name to VitaSpring Biomedical CO. Ltd now seems to be following the same path. Just my observations.
