Agreed - but AMLO has also mentioned discussions with the US and Canada in the context of strategy in reopening the economy... not just TMEX.

Dr. López Gatell said this morning that May 6th will be the peak of the Coronavirus in Mexico if preventative measures remain in place.

(I think) the first stage of reopening the Mexican economy is scheduled for May 17th, and the second for May 30th. So, those US/MX strategies would be implemented by the end of this month. Hopefully energy is included.
