Let's look at the quote below first from the VRUS PR on ZC TOP....Based on my experience and understanding, there is a huge shortage in masks. In addition, Hospitals are struggling to buy good masks. With that in mind, let's make some conservative projection for May, June and July.

  • Let's assume that Verus Cares sell a total of 10 million masks in Q3 for May, June & July.
  • Let's also assume they sell it at $3 per mask, which is a very conservative estimate
  • That is a total revenue for VRUS of 30 million dollars, and we are not talking about Bio Hazard suits, just masks.
  • Let's assume a very conservative net profit of 30%. That is 9 million dollars.
  • 51% of the profit goes to VRUS and 49% goes to ZC TOP. So, VRUS can claim a net profit of 4.6 million dollars in Q3. They will claim the full 9 million amount since they are claiming full revenue as well. The payment for ZC TOP will show up in cash flow.
  • Let's assume that the Revenue from other businesses for Q3 can top 10 million dollars. That will make a total revenue of 40 million US dollar in Q3.
  • So for Q3, the revenue for VRUS could reach 40 million dollars with an effective net profit of 4.6 million dollars. That is an actual net of 22.5%, on the books, since VRUS will claim both revenue and net on their statement, then pay ZC TOP their portion via cash flow

USE YOUR IMAGINATION FOR WHAT THE STOCK PRICE SHOULD BE WITH SUCH A QUARTER. SO, WHEN THE QUESTION ABOUT DIVIDEND CAME UP DURING THE CONFERENCE CALL, THE CEO SAID YES AND THE GUY WHO ASKED THE QUESTION IS NOT an IDIOT AS SOME PEOPLE THOUGHT SO.

The new ZC Top subsidiary currently has request for quotes (RFQs) from the U.S. Government and other governments, agencies and sellers on multiple continents. The Philippines-based facility has a peak production capacity of ten million masks per month. Based on pending orders, the Company believes that it can operate at near capacity for the foreseeable future.
