It is a $3 stock with $2 B market cap - it does not get respect. If going to NASDAQ - a r/s with good news means - no of shares reduced to 70 million from 700 million - SP goes into $30 range
The stock gets added to various indexes so ETF and MF start buying and they can issue like 3 million new shares to get $100 million in Kitty.

If the product is good and stock is on NASDAQ, it creates buzz else otc stock no one cares.

It is a playbook used by many biotechs.
