Just like it says at the bottom of your post, trade at your own risk. You know very well the OTC is where companies don't have to report anything if they don't want to. abmc was delisted from NASDAQ years ago and they've never made the effort to get back because they're obviously comfortable in the market that they're in.
I don't think they're being devious or dishonest in any way, I just think they do things at their own pace and if you invest that's your decision. It's definitely not professional to keep people in the dark but they did just start on this endeavor and things are going crazy ape bonkers right now.. Who knows! is the game.
