They just got roughly 10% above todays close and had $12.5 million dollars committed. That is quite a sum for a 33 cent stock with no income, none imminent, and a lot of maybe. To commit such a large sum the buyer must be pretty certain it will pay off. It is obvious that they have to sell equity to get money dince tgey really have no choice. Any grants they get will probably be geared toward manufacturing and distribution. Tomorrow should be interesting.
