I am delighted you have the talent and inclination to make do it yourself weed things. I may grow a plant or 2 some time, my hubby did a great job with a white widow clone we were gifted with a couple of years ago. Heres the thing, the two are not mutually exclusive. I will not invest the money for a tent and proper lighting nor my time that would be needed to make stellar bud like you have shown on occasion. Like tomatoes, I grow a plant or two so I can have that delicious fresh from the garden taste on my summer BLTs but I buy spaghetti sauce and canned tomatoes to cook with year around. I do not grow bushels of tomatoes and take the time to process them to eat through the winter. I like vapes, chocolate and bud, I like different varieties and I see the improvement of the govt weed over time.
Listen to this old lady and do yourself a favour, by all means grow your wonderful plants and put a few bucks into a TFSA and buy shares in canopy (till the day before fins come out) or Choom, or Halo, or Khiron, or Valens or Labs This industry is about to actually start and for a dime or a toonie you could be in a very good position. I hate to see the banksters and ex police get the reward of your hard work. This is a win win situation! There are artisanal farmers and there is McDonalds, they both have a market and you deserve to thrive. It is not selling out, it is celebrating your victory and reaping the reward of your achievement. I was listening to Dana Larsen the other day and he is carving his space within this new paradigm, I know it is a pain in the butt all regulations and taxes but we have a wonderful opportunity here and I would hate to see you miss out because of anger. You are a neat guy and I like your tenacity. Now is the time to be kind to yourself.

Anything I post is my opinion only and subject to change on a whimsy
