This company has been undervalued IMHO! The spin off divi alone is going to be double what this stock is trading for at this time. The hard assets are the hotels, and hopefully soon the Country Club.

You are correct that after the spin off IBAC will be less of a company short term, but I believe more things are coming! So maybe this price is close for the left overs but we also get the spin divi!
