In no way meaning to belittle the work and efforts you have put forth. As you can see from my previous posts, Its just a matter of trust that has been so badly abused by the company, that I just can't imagine not demanding documentation for everything they say and do!

And if you don't agree, in all seriousness, sincerity, and humbleness,... please please help me understand.
