Buying $GMGI based on the rumor of a merger that has not been verified by Golden Matrix via an 8-K filing is pure foolishness. If there was any truth to the rumor a 8-K filing would have been filed as per SEC regulations.

This rumor could prove to be a very costly mistake to investors especially considering there is a 150 to one reverse split occurring this month.

Investors can very easily find themselves terribly underwater in June due to taking an investment risk based strictly on unverified rumors.
